No he's talking about the Castle's description of the weird things Rubur saw when he messed with time.
Basically the Dreen are Robur's angels. Though we don't know if these guys are from back then or from another Spark messing with time. Maybe the same Spark Klaus got the time bomb from.
Considering the Dreen are out of sync with time, and as such can "see" future events, such as Gil going to Paris as well as Gil's revelation, maybe this Dreen (Who isn't one of Klaus' so this is a third Dreen as the novels say Klaus has two in his employment) has been hanging around the Monk's vaults for years, waiting for Gil to show and for it to tell him to go to Paris and spark his revelation, in a long term plan to use Agatha and Gil to get back home.
The Wulfenbach Dreen might be doing the same thing with their "employment" with Klaus. And It might also explain why that Dreen during the Mechanicsburg Siege didn't catch up with Agatha even though it showed the ability to do so.

Hy vunder... Gil is doing sparky things with Jaeger und time, specifically, Vole. Meybe Gil makes da Dreen?
Da big... 'thing'... currently in Mechanisburg is vun of da orginals. Current events get Gil und da Mistress thinking, dey end up making Dreen, send them into the 'Time Place'. A few dozen go back, pop out in da 'first' break. Dey only sorta Jaeger, so only sorta loyal to da Hetrodyne, and also part Wulfenbrach, so loyal enough there dat two stick around. Or meybe two stick around because two stuck around back ven dey first was sticking, and not doing so causes 'problems'.
Or meybe hy is way off, and utterly wrong.

Oh wow. Good page. So many questions: - Is this (that the Dreen are Robur's Angels) the important revelation, or is another coming Monday? - It seems possible that the Wasps are also from some extradimensional space. In the novels it says that the Wasps are terrified of the Dreen. Could they have encountered each other before outside of time? - If they are both originally from the same place, it would explain why the Weasel hissed at the Dreen a couple pages ago: it's responding to a general 'otherworldly' smell. - I was wondering about how the Dreen would possibly work for Klaus unless they either had a strong desire to do so for some reason. They also remind me of the Torivors from another universe though, which were unwillingly summoned to this dimension and bound to work for twisted a in exchange for returning home at the end of their service. It's possible something similar is happening here? - When the Dreen showed up in Mechanicsburg, it wasn't threatening like all of the others. It just told Tweedle and Agatha that they 'would come with it'. Since they are pseudo-omniscient and know the near future, their phrasing ('you will') makes sense. But this leaves two interesting options: it wanted the two to go to the Red Cathedral and successfully sent them there (perhaps because Agatha had to escape the city), or it was wrong (maybe the impending Time Bomb messed with its precognition?). - Are the Dreen perhaps baby versions of that monstrosity over Mechanicsburg, and are the large ones searching for Klaus to find their offspring? - Why do the Dreen care that Gil and Agatha meet up in Paris? Is there something so important to the cosmic balance or whatever about to happen that the omniscient beings must ensure he gets there correctly? Or is it one of those pesky butterfly effects? Some questions to ponder
