Iy would depend if the wasp are just normal wasps, Spark wasps, or are some kind of combo (Which is totally possible at this point.) It would also depends on if Woger is wasped and not vaccinated and not a double agent. Otherwise it's an empty or deactivated engine. I am getting weird vibes from him though.
The Shamblers and the Masters seems interesting, Geisterdamen, A Lu clone, or other I wonder. Shamberlers are apprently old as well, Maybe teh Wasps have been since upgraded and don't normally produce them anymore.
It's also worth pointing out that this is all a surprise to Gil, he didn't know towns were being wasped like this, and only is learning it because of chance, very sneaky of Lu.
Oh, something was stolen from Mechanicsburg, i wonder what it was. We haven't heard of anything about that before, right?
And just what is up with Higgs in the second to last panel. I see no obvious reason for him making that face, so I got to wonder what he's thinking.

Imagine how hyu vould feel if somevun brought a real vasp nest into hyu abode. Slaver vaps are moch vorse, so Hy vould be freakink out about now.
Hy dun tink dot Voger iz vasped. If he vas, Hy vould tink dot Susa vould know about it, und she kent be vasped. She iz too tiny. Also, if he vas vasped, he vould haff already turned de hive tingy on instead uv announcing it und den turnink it on.

The whole sneak attack and leave in Passholdt? No, Passholdt's incdent was caused a a spark who lived there testing his "New and improved" Wasp Engine.
I have a feeling this engine, since it's being escorted by shamblers and Masters, dosn't have any Warrior or Queen wasps and that could explain it's size. I also wonder if it works on Sparks and Normal people or not. Lu has shown the ability to make mind control devices that worked on Sparks back in her lab under the castle, she fully expected her mind control tubes to work on Tarvek and Gil. The smaller size may also mean smaller wasps, though they would have to be really small to affect Susa. They do say the entire town was wasped, that would included small children and babies.
I'm still not sure about Woger, they make a big deal about the entire town being wasped and that they were there, he was close enough to the shamblers to get hurt so he wasn't always sneaky, and he manged to snag an engine which meant being right in the thick of things. It just feels unlikely that he wasn't wasped, and if he was vaccinated why wouldn't that be one of the first things he said (Oh hey, your vaccine worked.) It just seems like he's skirting around that topic. He may be a construct but even that dosn't declare immunity, Klaus was a construct and he was taken over just fine. There's always the possibility Susa and him were separated just long enough for him to be wasped.
Unless, I suppose it's possible that the vaccination protects you from being order around but not from ingrained orders, like don't tell anyone. Si he may be free of Lucrezia control but relegated to only hinting about having been wasped. It would depend on how the vaccination worked. And it would leave potential for Lucrezia to be able to work around Tarvek's vaccination, as she would just have to add more ingrained orders.

Hy vud heff tort dot the Baron vas givink all his pipple anti-vasp as a matter of cawse. Hy tink he can also reverse de process - hy tink dot iz vot Dimo hinted at anyvay. Considering it was only a couple of pages ago Gil was talking about not having a cure after speaking about both who was under her control and who was her, I find that unlikely. Especially since at this point as far as we know he dosn't have anyone who has a lu imprint he can cure, but he likely has plenty of revenants in need. Plus it still seems to me that Tarvek is set up for that role. As for what Gil did to stop the revanants from attacking, I'm wondering if it possible that Tarvek had the specifics for Lucrezias voice written down in his journal. The keeping them from listening to Lucrezia, who would have a hard time getting to them in the first place, would just mean keeping them in an area where an order not to listen to her is played routinely over a comm. It would mean being isolated, which would explain what Gil can't do it over a large area. Workable but also limited and not a cure.
