I'm not entirely convinced that she knows that she did that, which is the scary part, she seems honestly befuddled by the broken tea cup.
Also, considering she says she's been intercepting Gil's mail since she was a child, I think we may now know who was stealing Gil's letters in Paris. And since it doesn't seem like a stop was ever put in place, that means she was likely pulling one over both Gil and Klaus' heads. Even if she had the help of Grandma, that's pretty scary.
Plus that means Gil's identity was known to at least part of the Order well before he was recognized by Klaus.

If the Order, of which Seffie's family is a part, knew Gil "Holzfäller" was really Gil Wulfenbach, why didn't Zola, the hand picked and highly trained fake Heterodyne Girl, know it? She clearly told Gil the plot which included killing Klaus' son (that would be Gil who she was talking to). Seffie may have a long time crush on Gil (he WAS a student in Paris) and intercepted his notes to the Master as she is going now.

Seffie may have a long time crush on Gil (he WAS a student in Paris) and intercepted his notes to the Master as she is going now. The Order has always been really fragmented, it could just be that Seffie and whoever she told (If anyone, perhaps Grandma) wasn't in the same fraction as Aaronev or Zola, didn't support their goals. The Order is always hiding thing from each other and trying to plot things to be how they want. Perhaps Seffie was hoping to become the Storm Queen through Gil long before the, and telling her family who he was would just endanger the plan as they would try their hardest to kill him.
